Location:
At the southern edge of 100 Mile
House, turn east off Highway 97 onto the Horse Lake Road. Watch
for the signs, then proceed northeast on a good gravel road to Sulphurous
Lake. Total distance from 100 Mile House is about 48 km (31 mi.).
Resorts
& Campsites:
Campsites, cabins and boats available; no ramp for larger boats
but cartoppers can be launched.

Fishing
Report: This 6 1/2 km (4 mi.) long lake reports rainbow
up to five pounds with an average of three pounds. Be sure to visit Fishbc.com
for angling information!
Viewscape:
Low mountains covered with both coniferous and deciduous trees,
surround the lake.
Shoreline:
The rocky shoreline has low overhanging alder and poplar trees.
