Location: Drive to the southern edge of 100 Mile House, then east onto the Horse Lake Road. Hathaway Lake is located north of Sheridan Lake, a total of fifty-six km (34.72 mi) from 100 Mile House. Size 152.17 ha. (1488 ac.) Shoal 24.20 ha. (59.8 ac.) Mean Depth 19.7 m. (64.6 ft.) Max. Depth 45.1 m. (148 ft.) Game Fish Rainbow Trout, Lake Trout, Char Fish Stocked Rainbow Trout Angler Usage Low Elevation 1113 m. (3651.6 ft.) Ice Over November to May T.D.S. 480 mg/L Resorts & Campsites: All facilities available including boat launching and camping. Fishing Report: From May to October you will find fair fishing on this 5 km (3.1 mi) long lake. The rainbows are generally around a pound although they can be heavier. Viewscape: This mountainous area of the Cariboo is forested with a heavy growth of conifers. Shoreline: The rocky shoreline has thick brush right to the water's edge. Swampy areas in the shallows.
