Location:
At Williams Lake turn west onto Hwy 20. Stay on Hwy 20 until you are about 10 km (6.2 mi) west of Alexis Creek. At this point take the road that branches north off Highway 20. Alexis Lake is another 25 km (15.5 mi).

Size 103.60 ha. (256 ac.) Shoal 45 ha. (111 ac.)
Mean Depth 5.6 m. (18.7 ft.) Max. Depth 25 m. (82 ft.)

Angler Usage Low Elevation 1,038 m.(3,404 ft.)
Ice Over November - Late April T.D.S. 385 mg/L

Resorts & Campsites:A BCFS campsite is located on the east side of the lake. This is a quiet family oriented site that is user maintained and ideal for uncrowded camping and day use. There is a small wharf and car top boats can be launched.

Fishing Report:Alexis is a consistent producer of 12 inch rainbows from May through October.

Viewscape:The lake is surrounded by open grassy low hills with pine forest.

Shoreline:Consists of sandy spots with areas of alder and small deciduous shrubs.

Nearby Lakes

Two Lake - is located just past Alexis Lake. As the name implies, Two Lake is actually two small lakes joined together by a narrow strip of water which can be navigated by canoe or small boat. Rainbows to 5 lbs and Brook Trout 2 lbs and better make this a special angling experience. Flies and spinning lure do well. Two lakes has a small BCFS campsite where car toppers can be launched.
