SEASON: The Gateway is open from April 25, 2008 to January 1, 2009
2008 NIGHTLY RATES: $145 per night
These rates are per night for the entire Guesthouse, not per person. If you stay a week, the 7th night is free. Goods & Services tax of 5% is extra. There is a minimum 2 night stay. Please note there is an additional $15 cleaning charge per stay for guests who bring pets to the Guesthouse.
DEPOSITS: An advance deposit of the first night's rent is required to hold your reservation and the balance is due one month prior to arrival.
CANCELLATION: Deposits are refunded or transferred to another date if you cancel more than one month prior to arrival. Within one month, there is no refund or transfer of dates unless we can resell the reserved date.
