BOWRON LAKE LODGE RESERVATIONS
Bookings are subject to a deposit equivalent to the "Damage" or "Security Deposit" payable by credit card at the time of booking (Visa or Mastercard).

Final Payment is required upon your arrival. There are no refunds for early departure for the cabin bookings in high season. A reservation is for a specified number of guests in each suite.Bowron Lake Lodge requires prior notification of any increase in size of the party.

Cancellations and date changes must be made prior to arrival. Canoe Cancellations received after 7 days prior to arrival are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.
Accomodation Cancellations received after 1 day prior to arrival are subject to a $25.00 processing fee.

Check-in time: 2 pm Check out: 11 am We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and CASH , Due to the high processing fees with cards, we prefer Cash if possible. No personal cheques please.

We strongly advise all parties (1-3 canoes) to reserve your trip dates with the Park before you place your reservation with the Lodge.  Daily departures into the Park is now 27 canoes or 55 people. Visitors without reservations may have to wait for a departure time during busy periods.  Confirm your registration with the Park first to avoid any waiting. You can travel at your own pace, select your campsites; but are limited to 14 nights in the Park.

All groups (4-7 canoes) must reserve before arrival, and must camp at the assigned Group Campsites. Their stay is limited to 7 nights on the full Circuit and 3 nights on the West Side.

All visitors, whether they have a reservation or not, must register at the Registration Centre before departure. All visitors will be assigned departure times, and view the mandatory orientation video. The Registration Centre is open 7 days a week from 7:00am–8:00pm from May 15 to September 30.
