Bowron Lake Lodge and Resorts is located in the central interior of BC, in the Cariboo District.

Accessible by road: From Vancouver, drive Highway 97 North to Quesnel (660 km/409 mi); then east on Highway 26 to Wells and Barkerville. A short distance before the entrance to Barkerville turn east onto the Bowron Lake Road and drive about 30 minutes (28 km) over a well maintained gravel road.

Private Landing Strip: Guests are welcome to use our private landing strip free of charge.

The strip can handle any small or light aircraft up to twin-engine size. The approach is open on both ends; it has a grass/gravel surface that is about 900 meters in length; and the elevation is 910 meters above sea level.

Aircraft with floats can land on the north end of Bowron Lake.

Charter flights for sight-seeing are also available upon request.
